A video of former Governor of Rivers state, Nyesom Wike conferring an award on a dignitary at a state event last night is trending online.
Wike tried putting on an award medal on the dignitary’s neck but left it hanging on his cap while he (dignitary) tried getting it down to his neck.
The video has also raised concerns about the former Governor’s health.
