A sack containing the dismembered body of a woman identified as Victoria Bassey Edet was dumped on the streets in Uyo, Akwa Ibom state today January 29.  

An X user @DrPenking shared a graphic video of the dismembered lady’s body part on the ground by the roadside. Residents of the area gathered and expressed shock at the gory sight of the dismembered body of the deceased.

‘’This woman was killed, butchered, packed inside a bag and dropped by the roadside in Nwaniba Road, Uyo this morning. Her full name Victoria Basset Edet and phone number were written on a piece of paper and dropped inside the bag. Vital body parts missing.” he wrote
