Nigerian doctor, Chinonso Egemba, popularly known as Aproko doctor, has advised people to check their blood pressure. 

“Please check your blood pressure. Please. Young people are being brought to the hospital dead on arrival. Knowing your blood pressure is the first step to saving your life,” he said in a post on Friday, November 17.
