Kebbi Hisbah shaves off youth’s hair; says it’s against Islamic teachings

The Kebbi State Hisbah has shaved the hair of a young man for being un-Islamic. 

The Shari’a police on its official Facebook page on Wednesday, August 16, 2023, said the hair style is against Islamic teachings.
