Rapper A$AP Rocky was recently spotted in a wheelchair before being helped into a car. 

The rapper was seen being assisted into a custom yellow Hummer outside an office in West Hollywood.

He was covered with a blanket as two bodyguards helped him into the car.

According to TMZ, he had just returned home from his overseas tour after having several shows during Paris Fashion Week.

It is not clear what issue he’s battling with.
