Actor Jonathan Majors has been ordered to stay away from his ex-girlfriend who accused him of subjecting her to domestic violence.
A rep for the Manhattan D.A.’s office told TMZ that a judge granted a full temporary order of protection on Thursday, April 27, after the alleged victim made the request.
Majors didn’t oppose the request, and the case is scheduled to return to court in a couple of weeks. Commenting on the development, the actor’s lawyer, Priya Chaudhry said;
“We consented because Mr. Majors wants nothing to do with the woman who assaulted him.
“It is disturbing that even when presented with this incontrovertible evidence, the District Attorney continues this false case.”
Chaundhry also revealed that they provided evidence from a doctor and trauma specialist which backs up Majors’ account of what transpired.
